40 hours plus

Scheduled Hours

Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (may require overtime, weekends and Holidays as needed)


Basic Function: The candidate in this position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive list of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP. The candidate is also responsible for cash management, transactions, reporting, and reconciliations. Prepare financial information for auditor. Compile and conduct quarterly and annual reporting for outside agencies. Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties.


The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 3 years experience, or a college/university program certificate and 5 years recent related experience, or 10+ years progressively responsible experience in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with verifiable QuickBooks Enterprise 2018 experience. Must have managed a team of 3 or more people. Must have experience with Microsoft Office software and Payroll systems (ADP preferred).  The candidate will also have excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. This position is of high trust and requires consistency and reliability as it is a very busy office that must follow-up on details daily. Employer participates in the Drugs Don't Work program.  Successful candidate must complete drug screen, background and credit check.
